Find the error

Enable debugging in wp-config.php:

define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

Reload the page, then check wp-content/debug.log. Send us the last lines in a ticket.

Quick fixes

• Make sure PHP is 7.4 or newer.
• Deactivate other plugins to find a conflict.
